- Second, Our amazing closed group community of like-minded individuals who are working towards the same goal as you are will be there to provide support, workshops, recipes and tips. In addition to your coach, we have live clinical support as well as live and recorded webinars.
- Third, one of my favorite parts of this program is a system designed to help you instill healthy habits in all areas of your life; including mental, physical and financial. Your personal health coach will work with you to create goals and work in simple but powerful ways to accomplish them.
- Lastly, the whole reason this program works to help you lose weight and belly fat is our nutritionist and doctor recommended food plan designed to get your body into a gentle and efficient fat-burning state. Our food contains over 24 vitamins and minerals and probiotics and come in a wide variety of flavors and types of food. On this plan you will eat 6 times a day. You will eat 5 of our fat-burning foods and one meal you prepare yourself; a lean protein and 3 servings of vegetables. Don’t worry, you’ll be able to have healthy fats and condiments with your meal. Your instructional guide will break all that down for you and your coach will be there to guide you. Once your down to your healthy goal weight, your coach will transition you to a healthy eating plan so you can keep the weight off for good.
